Measures 28 1/4" x 40 1/4", the frame is 35 1/2" x 47 1/2".

The heavy oak frame shows wear and damage to its outside edges and some gold flaking at the windowmount. Some dust has gotten behind the glass over the years of hanging in a public setting is our guess.
